If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, any item can be returned
to SkinYoureIn.com within 30 days of the purchase date.
Use our Returns Form to quickly request a RA#.
- Returns cannot be processed without a Return Authorization (RA).
- We send one Return Authorization (RA) number for all items being returned and a return address.
- Items that have been altered or washed cannot be returned.
- Items that are "Like New" will be refunded.
- Customers pay for the shipping to return the merchandise.
- Inspection of the returned items can take 5 - 10 business days.
- The order's Shipping & Handling fees are not refunded.
- It may take up to 14 days for your credit card to reflect the refund.
Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank's credit processing time it could take 30 days to have your credit returned.
MAJOR DEFECTS
All products are "First Quality" and sold as free of major defects.

EXCHANGES
You can exchange any item as long as it has not been washed or worn.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Due to our fast shipping, we can't cancel or change an order once it is placed. Please see the Returns & Refunds policy.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If an order is not delivered by UPS,or Fedex and returned to our warehouse, the Returns & Refunds policy is in effect We will contact you if this is the case.
ESTIMATED DATES
Delivery dates provided in your cart and checkout are estimated. All
orders ship with Ground service unless otherwise stated and are not guaranteed. All orders are
charged a shipping cost (if any) based on order total.
